Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance application stability.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and provide effective solutions.
Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications in a production environment.
Familiarity with database concepts and ability to work with backend data to resolve application issues.
Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
