Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of support processes.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing and operational transparency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system monitoring and incident management.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify potential disruptions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with business process workflows and their integration with software systems to understand impact and dependencies.
