• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
• Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools to track and manage support tickets.
• Ability to work with multiple business system components and understand their interdependencies.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.
