As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance system functionality, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of software solutions to improve system performance.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Consumer Goods and Services.
- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications and design principles.
- Familiarity with backend technologies and integration methods.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
