Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing their root causes, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain smooth operational workflows. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaboration with different teams to uphold the reliability and efficiency of critical applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
  • Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise software platforms.
  • Experience in managing and supporting complex business workflows within ServiceNow environments.
  • Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with incident management and change management processes in IT service delivery.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
