Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security frameworks, and threat mitigation techniques.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to detect and respond to security events.
• Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to identify vulnerabilities and potential breaches.
• Familiarity with firewall configurations, intrusion detection systems, and access control mechanisms.
• Skilled in troubleshooting network-related issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain secure operations.
