The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to identity and access management systems.
• Experience with application monitoring and incident management tools.
• Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration of identity platforms with enterprise applications.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
