Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in resolving technical challenges.
• Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming within Salesforce environments.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting issues in web components and related Salesforce platforms.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as they relate to building and maintaining Lightning Web Components.
• Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to diagnose and resolve application issues.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models and integration techniques to support comprehensive problem-solving.
