As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems in place.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes to enhance system performance.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Experience with change management and service request fulfillment.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
