Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and firewall management.
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing system logs to detect and resolve issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware interactions within business-critical systems.
• Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
