Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must have minimum 1 year E2E Implementation Experience
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level transportation management solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
