Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to integration platforms.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level integration solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud-based integration patterns and best practices.
• Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes of issues.
