The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system components, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance performance and security.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
• Experience with managing virtual environments, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines.
• Strong understanding of virtualization concepts, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtual infrastructure and associated hardware.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal system health and availability.
