Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Angular.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application support.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Familiarity with system integration and data flow management.
