- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Experience in managing and maintaining endpoint configurations and deployments.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
