Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
• Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong experience in debugging and troubleshooting SAP applications to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex system logs and error messages to identify root causes.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in developing and maintaining custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
