You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Managed File Transfer.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Ability to document processes and create user guides for reference.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
