Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to financial software systems.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Ability to work with various business modules and understand their interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and incident management tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
