As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with system operations, ensuring that business processes run smoothly and efficiently while collaborating with different teams to address and resolve technical concerns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business applications.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Ability to interpret and analyze business processes to align technical solutions accordingly.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and business users.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
