Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise resource planning systems to ensure high availability.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system integration and data flow between various business applications.
- Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
