Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality. You will also be responsible for documenting findings and ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly to maintain operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of integration processes and methodologies. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance metrics. - Ability to document technical processes and solutions clearly. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
