Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, the candidates will be part of our EMR practice and aligned to support Clinical Helpdesk functions for hospital clients in the US.

Patients often have questions about their care plan, medications, follow-up visits etc. They reach out to their attending physicians through dedicated email or messaging channels. The nursing candidates would play the role of initial triaging for this communication, reviewing the context and details in patient chart and providing an initial response to the patients. They may serve as a channel between the patient and physician before the physicians engage directly with the patients, in more critical cases.

The candidates will be required to work in US business hours

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality.
• Support junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding them through problem-solving processes.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Must To Have: 4 year BSc Nursing
• Minimum 2 years bedside nursing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Good to have: NCLEX certification
• US RN License
• OET for English proficiency for Clinical professionals
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
• Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate findings clearly.
• Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and change management.
• Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
