As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications. You will also be responsible for documenting findings and solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems you support. Your role will require a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that business operations run seamlessly.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV.
- Strong understanding of application support methodologies.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging software issues.
- Familiarity with system performance monitoring tools.
- Ability to document technical processes and solutions clearly.
