Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Life Cycle Management, Software License Management.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within critical business systems.
• Experience in managing and supporting software assets throughout their lifecycle, including deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions and improvements.
• Familiarity with software configuration management and change control processes to maintain system integrity.
