As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, identifying root causes of disruptions, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
• Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent downtime.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, architecture, and security principles.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to troubleshoot network-related problems.
• Familiarity with configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
