Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system performance.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on support priorities and system updates.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to detect and resolve network issues.
• Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify root causes of infrastructure problems.
