As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing their root causes, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to understand system behavior and deliver effective support, ensuring seamless business operations and minimizing downtime through proactive problem-solving and thorough analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve support processes and enhance system reliability.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with development, operations, and business teams.
• Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and quality assurance principles.
