Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .Net Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and debugging techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex system interactions and troubleshoot multi-component software environments.
