- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize performance through innovative approaches.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business objectives and priorities.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure related to SAP environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in enterprise software systems.
- Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning effectively.
- Familiarity with database management and backup strategies within SAP landscapes.
- Skilled in monitoring tools and automation techniques to enhance system support capabilities.
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
