As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to ensure seamless operation and timely resolution of challenges that impact critical business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system health.
• Experience in managing and supporting scalable cloud-based applications.
  
  

Must Have skills-

GitLab with CloudFormation/Terraform/Ansible, Linux Administration, Monitoring Tools (CloudWatch/Splunk), EC2, VPC, IAM, EBS, AWS EKS and ECS

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
