Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level financial planning and budgeting solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
