As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications that support business functions. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and performance, while adapting to evolving challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues and minimize business disruption.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.
• Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues within SAP GRC environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining compliance controls and risk management frameworks within SAP systems.
• Familiarity with system integration points and understanding of business processes related to governance and compliance.
