Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide AMS support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including incident resolution, change requests, and enhancements.
- Configure and support Role Based Permissions (RBP) for all the areas EC, Compensation, Succession, Recruitment ensuring secure and compliant access management.
- Perform system administration tasks such as Instance Refresh, Certificate Renewal and Audits preparation.
- Collaborate with HRIS, functional, and technical teams to resolve production issues and support monthly/quarterly activities.
- Support testing activities (unit testing/UAT support) and coordinate deployments as part of AMS operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong hands on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Good working knowledge of Role Based Permissions (RBP), permission roles, groups, and target populations.
- Experience working in AMS / Production Support environments with SLA adherence.
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
Additional Information:
- Immediate to short notice availability preferred.
- Experience supporting global clients is an added advantage.
- Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modules (Onboarding, Time Off, Compensation) is a plus.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is mandatory., 15 years full time education
