Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on system performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of system integration and data management.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Familiarity with user support and training methodologies.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.
