Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes.

MUST HAVE - SAP DATA Sphere , BW/4 data modelling , Native Bw/4 HANA , CDS views , Native HANA ( SQL ) , Data Bricks , Power BI reporting tool .

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise software environments.
• Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex system issues within business-critical applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system health and performance.
