Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of application performance.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring strategies to proactively detect potential system failures.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
• Experience in monitoring application performance and diagnosing issues using advanced application performance management tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret system data and identify root causes of complex problems.
• Ability to work with multiple technology stacks and understand interdependencies within business-critical systems.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
