Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management in user interface development.
- Strong understanding of front-end debugging and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with integration of React.js applications with backend services and APIs.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues related to user interface rendering and responsiveness.
