Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MySQL Database Administration.
• Strong understanding of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Experience in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning for database systems.
• Ability to monitor database health and troubleshoot issues related to database connectivity and integrity.
• Familiarity with database security best practices and user access management.
• Knowledge of scripting for automation of routine database tasks.
