Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of applications.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to maintain optimal performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AIX System Administration.
• Experience in managing and maintaining UNIX-based operating systems.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and performance tuning.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
