Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis and issue resolution within enterprise software environments.
• Experience in managing and supporting master data governance processes and workflows.
• Ability to work with complex system integrations and understand data flow across multiple business applications.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools used in application support and monitoring.
