As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot incidents, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely resolutions to any challenges that arise, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Analyze incident reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to incident management processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management, Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Experience with ticketing systems and incident tracking tools.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools to proactively identify system issues.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
