Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of applications and systems that are vital to business functions. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used in application support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery processes for SQL databases.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and query optimization.
