• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
• Experience in designing and executing test cases to validate system functionality and performance.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of defects and recommend effective solutions.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
• Ability to work with development teams to verify fixes and ensure quality standards are met.
