As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to resolve them, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems.
- Must Be Certified: Resolute hospital billing & claims administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Familiarity with system integration and data flow.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
