As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring the smooth operation of applications, and contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions that enhance system reliability and user satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of business operations and supporting the needs of end-users across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices.
• Experience with problem management and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management principles.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
