Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the overall efficiency of business processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery.
- Document and track issues and resolutions to improve knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.
- Strong understanding of file transfer protocols and security measures.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving file transfer issues.
- Familiarity with various Managed File Transfer tools and software.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
