Application Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Interact with the business user and understand the problem
• Troubleshoot and debug applications and provide application support
• Develop Knowledge management document
• Should be ready to work in shifts and non-office hours if required
• ITIL certification with excellent knowledge of service management, change management, problem management
• Coordination with other department and vendors for smooth running of applications

Competencies / Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle based application development technology like Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning.
• Knowledge on the Microsoft based application development technology like .Net, C#.
• Willing to work on new technology as per business need

Skills Required

• Knowledge of automobile / manufacturing industry business processes like Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Execution System, Dealer Management System, HR Travel Management etc. will be an added advantage
• Collaborative approach and positive attitude with all stakeholders to drive business results.
