Summary
The Application Support Analyst plays a crucial role in providing first-level support for a diverse portfolio of applications, ensuring that security and access protocols are maintained effectively across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
The core duty of the Application Support Analyst includes providing level 1 support on various applications.
- Provide level 1 support on applications such as Monday.com, MIRO, AODocs, Google sites, Keepek, Labware, and Drupal.
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across various applications.
- Assign and review role-based access, ensuring the implementation of least privilege principles.
- Implement and enforce security policies aligned with regulatory standards.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and segregation of duties checks.
- Prepare audit logs and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support audit teams during security assessments.
- Investigate unauthorized access attempts and escalate incidents as necessary.
- Perform risk analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and compliance teams to align access with organizational requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ITIL certification.
- Familiarity with web applications including Monday.com, MIRO, AODocs, Google sites, Keepek, Labware, and Drupal.

Other Details
This position is based in Pune, offering a hybrid working model with 3 days in office. It requires 24x7 shift work to accommodate Follow the Sun hours for US, EU, and Asia.
