Application Specialist

Independently handle one or more IVD product groups (e.g., Immunoassay Analyzer, Hematology Analyzer, Chemistry Analyzer) with prompt expert support.

Identify application vs. service issues and collaborate with service teams for resolution.

Prioritize customer needs and coordinate with other functions to achieve high client satisfaction.

Provide field support for IVD instruments and laboratory workflows.

Travel across South India; flexibility in working hours required.

Maintain knowledge of laboratory information systems and diagnostic workflows.
