Job Description
Candidate should have strong skills on Application Repackaging using Wise Package Studio / Admin Studio tools.
Good Knowledge on Windows 7 / XP operating Systems and on 32-bit and 64-bit OS architecture.
Good Knowledge in writing VBScripts, Wise Script, AutoIt Script, Batch File Scripts etc.
Good knowledge on MS Windows Installer, COM Data, Merge Modules, DLL Hell, Conflict Solving, ICE Resolution.
Should be able to handle Complex packages (Device Driver apps, Office Addins, Windows/App Services etc) without additional help/support.
Knowledge on troubleshooting packaged apps using tools like ProcMon / Orca / Picture Taker / InstallRite etc.
Knowledge on Application virtualization using MS APP-V / Citrix Xen app / VMWare ThinApp.
Strong understanding of Quality Assurance process and able to cascade the same during project execution on day-to-day basis.
Should be able to support the team and resolve technical issues/queries faced by the packagers.
Should have strong oral and written communication skills and experience on UAT Coordination with Client/Onshore Team.
